We're looking for a passionate, analytical, and highly organised Sustainability & Reporting Co-ordinator to join our Sustainability team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support and drive sustainability initiatives across a global business while developing your expertise in ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
- Collecting, validating, and analysing ESG data, including carbon, energy, waste, and social metrics.
- Supporting the delivery of external sustainability reporting requirements such as EcoVadis, CDP, SECR, and annual sustainability reports.
- Managing sustainability data systems and tracking progress against Science Based Targets (SBTi).
- Developing and maintaining product carbon footprint records.
- Responding to customer sustainability enquiries and carbon footprint requests.
- Monitoring emerging sustainability legislation and ESG frameworks.
- Supporting and leading sustainability projects, including initiatives focused on carbon reduction and regenerative agriculture.
- Assisting with sustainability reports, presentations, events, and governance activities.
What We're Looking For
- A relevant degree.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- The confidence to work independently and navigate situations where processes are still evolving.
- A genuine passion for sustainability and environmental improvement.
- Experience with ESG frameworks, EcoVadis, GHG Protocol, carbon accounting, or sustainability reporting would be advantageous but is not essential.
