Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 4.5 hours per day)

Salary: £32,000 FTE (£19,200 actual salary based on 22.5 hours per week)

We're looking for a passionate, analytical, and highly organised Sustainability & Reporting Co-ordinator to join our Sustainability team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support and drive sustainability initiatives across a global business while developing your expertise in ESG reporting, carbon accounting, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collecting, validating, and analysing ESG data, including carbon, energy, waste, and social metrics.
  • Supporting the delivery of external sustainability reporting requirements such as EcoVadis, CDP, SECR, and annual sustainability reports.
  • Managing sustainability data systems and tracking progress against Science Based Targets (SBTi).
  • Developing and maintaining product carbon footprint records.
  • Responding to customer sustainability enquiries and carbon footprint requests.
  • Monitoring emerging sustainability legislation and ESG frameworks.
  • Supporting and leading sustainability projects, including initiatives focused on carbon reduction and regenerative agriculture.
  • Assisting with sustainability reports, presentations, events, and governance activities.

What We're Looking For

  • A relevant degree.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • The confidence to work independently and navigate situations where processes are still evolving.
  • A genuine passion for sustainability and environmental improvement.
  • Experience with ESG frameworks, EcoVadis, GHG Protocol, carbon accounting, or sustainability reporting would be advantageous but is not essential.
