The Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Harvest Operative to support our Intake Team during the busy harvest period. This is a 3-month temporary role, ideal for someone seeking summer work who enjoys practical tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.

You will play an important part in ensuring grain intake runs smoothly and meets our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sampling incoming lorries and checking grain against malting quality standards
  • Supporting intake hygiene and maintaining clean, safe working areas
  • Liaising with the grain team regarding deliveries and load information
  • Testing harvest samples and recording basic results on spreadsheets
  • Assisting the intake team with general operational tasks during peak periods
