Based in the heart of Knightsbridge, Fiona Finds is an exclusive boutique, specialising in beautifully curated homewares and gifts. Our store is known for exceptional customer service and premium products, within a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking an organised, proactive, and hands-on Boutique Retail Office Manager to support daily operations and keep the business running smoothly.
The Boutique Retail Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative retail operations, coordinate a team of five, manage supplier relationships, place and track orders, support packaging and dispatch, and assist with in-store events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment, enjoys multitasking, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable dealing with a demanding customer base. This role is site-based and 5 days per week.
Team & Office Coordination- Organise, support, and coordinate day-to-day tasks for a small team
- Create weekly rotas and ensure adequate store coverage
- Oversee general office administration and maintain a tidy, functional workspace
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Place and confirm purchase orders with suppliers
- Track deliveries, manage backorders, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve order issues or discrepancies
- Prepare and organise product packaging and presentation in line with brand standards
- Assist with customer enquiries when needed
- Maintain high standards of presentation and service throughout the store
- Support online order fulfilment, including packaging and dispatch
- Assist with planning and coordinating in-store events, workshops, and launches
- Work with the owner/marketing team on promotional activities and product displays
- Help prepare event materials, signage, and logistical details
- Previous experience in retail, office administration, or team coordination
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace
- Ideally experienced with POS systems and inventory tools
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment with a proactive, positive attitude
