The Role As a Mill Shift Operator, you will be a key member of the Mill Team, responsible for the safe and efficient production of malt flour, flakes and milled products. This is a hands-on, physical role working with plant and machinery in a fast-paced operational environment. This is a Monday to Friday position with rotating shifts covering 24 hour production. Key Responsibilities Operating milling plant and associated equipment Packing a variety of malts and malted ingredients into the required packaging Carrying out general cleaning duties to maintain hygiene standards Maintaining accurate records and cleaning schedules Working safely at all times, in line with health
