Shift Operator As an Ingredients shift operator, you will operate plant and equipment from start to finish of process, focusing on quality and volume at each stage. You will also strive to keep the workplace, clean, tidy and running effectively. As an operator, you will work closely with all the other departments and colleagues on site. Our plant operates 24 hours a day and runs a Panama Shift pattern. With full training and support, you will: Operate large scale manufacturing equipment Ensure production runs on time, escalating any issues.
