We are looking for a motivated and reliable Malting Shift Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our malting operation, where you will help ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will operate and monitor plant equipment throughout the malting process, maintain excellent hygiene standards, support continuous improvement activities, and help ensure the site remains audit-ready at all times. Key Responsibilities Monitor and operate production plant and equipment across the malting process. Ensure production activities are completed in line with schedules and quality requirements. Use control systems (SCADA) to monitor plant performance and respond to any issues. Complete accurate production records and controlled documentation. Carry out routine inspections, checks, cleaning, and housekeeping activities. Support autonomous maintenance activities and report equipment issues promptly.
