As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead all online marketing initiatives to propel the brand's digital presence and growth. The brand is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee all online marketing activity and drive the brand's digital growth. This role is ideal for someone with a luxury or premium background who is confident managing marketing budgets, delivering data-led campaigns, and strengthening online visibility across all channels.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all digital marketing activity including paid search (PPC), paid social, retargeting, display advertising, SEO, and email marketing.
- Manage performance marketing budgets across multiple channels, optimising spend for maximum ROI.
- Own and interpret data via Google Analytics, reporting on traffic, conversions, customer behaviour, and campaign performance.
- Develop and execute strategic digital campaigns to support product launches, seasonal moments, and brand awareness.
- Oversee the planning, creation, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and relevant luxury channels).
- Collaborate with internal creative and e-commerce teams to ensure messaging, landing pages, and product storytelling are consistent.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the creation of engaging digital content aligned to brand DNA and luxury positioning.
- Manage agencies or freelancers where required, ensuring consistent delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of digital trends, customer behaviour, and best practices within luxury retail.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in digital marketing, you must come from a luxury or premium fashion, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
- Proven experience owning and managing marketing budgets.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and digital reporting tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in SEO, PPC, paid social, and CRM/email marketing.
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms and landing page optimisation plus Shopify experience.
