We are supporting a fast-growing UK furniture brand creating beautifully designed, design-led furniture in their quest to find a Showroom & Customer Service Manager. They are a small team with big ambition and a genuine focus on brand, customers, and experience.
As Showroom & Customer Service Manager, you will be the face, voice, and guardian of the customer experience. You will take ownership of the showroom day-to-day, lead customer interactions across all channels, and ensure every touchpoint reflects their values, design ethos, and high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities- Showroom Management & Sales
- Act as the primary brand ambassador within the showroom, delivering a warm, knowledgeable, and design-led customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the product range.
- Confidently present products, materials, finishes, and design options using strong product and interior knowledge.
- Drive showroom sales and support customers from first visit through to purchase.
