AbouttheRole
ReportingintotheComplianceManagerandtheQSHETeam,youwillplayakeyroleinsupportingcomplianceactivitiesacrossourBridlingtonoperationandourTitheTopsite. Workingcloselywithoperationalteams,managersandcolleaguesacrossthebusiness,youwillhelpensurethatourstandards,systemsandcertificationscontinuetomeetbothlegislativeandindustryrequirements.
ThisroleisbasedatBridlington,EastYorkshire,withtraveltoourTitheTopsitetypicallyoncepermonth. Aminimumoffourdaysonsiteperweekisexpected.
KeyResponsibilities
Compliance&ManagementSystems
- Supportthemaintenanceandcontinuousimprovementofdocumentation,recordsandreportingsystems.
- Ensurecompliancewithrelevantlegislative,regulatoryandcertificationrequirements.
- SupporttheongoingmaintenanceofISOandfoodsafetymanagementsystems.
Audits&Inspections
- Conductregularinternalaudits,inspectionsandcompliancereviewsacrossthebusiness.
- Monitorcorrectiveandpreventiveactionstoensureissuesareeffectivelyresolvedanddonotreoccur.
- Supportpreparationforexternalauditsandcertificationactivities.

- Supportthebusinessinachievingandmaintaining:
- ISO45001
- FSSC22000
- ISO9001
- Otherrelevantindustrycertifications
- Overseetheeffectiveclosureofnon-conformancestomaintaincertificationcomplianceandoperationalexcellence.
EssentialQualifications&Experience
- HavearecognisedorworkingtowardsaHealthandSafetyQualification.
- UnderstandingofISOstandardswithinafoodmanufacturingorprocessingenvironment.
