WehaveanexcitingopportunityforafulltimeAssistantOperationsManager,42hoursperweek,ona5daysoutof7dayscontract.

TheAssistantOperationsManagerRole:

• YouwillberesponsibleforallHealthandSafety/Facilities&LossPreventionwithinthestoreensuringcomplianceacrossthestore.
• Youwillneedtoprovideaneffectivelosspreventionservicetobothcustomersandstaffwithinthestore,includinginvestigations,instoresystemsandaccidentreporting.
• Youmustbeagoodcommunicator,beingabletodeveloprelationshipsatalllevels.
• Youwillbethemaincontactwithinthestoreforalltheexternaloperationalcontractors.

TheidealAssistantOperationsManagercandidatewillbe:

• Abletodemonstratepreviousexperienceofworkinginafast-pacedrolewithinasimilarenvironment.
• Havestrongleadershipskills.
• Flexibleinthisvariedrole.
• Beabletopayattentiontodetail.
• Youmusthavetheabilitytoremaincalmandprofessionalinallemergencysituationsandhavetheabilitytobereactivetooperationalemergencies.
• HavetheconfidencetopromoteLossPrevention/HealthandSafetyacrossthestore,beabletotrainthestoreteamtoincreaselosspreventionawareness.
• Haveexcellentorganisationalskills
