DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES:
- Lead the Shop team; grow the customer base and loyalty through great teamwork and customer service.
- Report into the Area Manager who will ensure you are trained with great skills for the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build customer relationships to create a great shop atmosphere and customer loyalty.
- Ensure company-wide campaigns are promoted to our customers.
- Accept bets, accurately settle, and pay winning bets.
- Monitor the activity of our competitors to ensure we’re ahead of the game.
- Take all possible steps to provide a safe working environment.
