SHOP MANAGER DUTIES DAY-TO-DAY
- Your role will be to lead the Shop team; growing the customer base and loyalty through great teamwork and customer service.
- You will report into the Area Manager who will ensure you are trained with great skills for the job.
SHOP MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building customer relationships to create a great shop atmosphere and customer loyalty.
- Ensuring company-wide campaigns are promoted to our customers.
- Accepting bets, accurate settlement, and payment of winning bets.
- Monitoring the activity of our competitors to ensure we're ahead of the game.
- Taking all possible steps to provide a safe working environment.
