As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in our customer-centric marketing, leveraging data-driven insights to implement, manage, and optimise customer relationship strategies and email marketing campaigns within our retail stores.

This hands-on role will involve developing and executing email campaigns, managing the end-to-end process of briefing, working with our in-house design team, ensuring email approval, analysing customer behaviour, and driving initiatives that enhance customer engagement and retention.

Reporting to the Head of CRM E-Commerce, you will get to grow your CRM skillset through the creation of marketing campaigns to support and grow our long-standing high-street stores that serve as the go-to location for Women’s and Men’s Fashion, Beauty and Home.

You will also support the development of our e-commerce site, driving traffic to support with new launches and promoting store events.

We have a data-driven approach to continuously evolving our Marketing strategy and communications. Combined with the range of products and brands you will interact with, this is an interesting and growth role, great for a marketing professional to develop their retail experience.
