Jenningsbet is looking for a Sales Assistant to be part of a team in a fun and engaging betting environment. We welcome applications from those with a betting shop background, as well as those who want to learn, are great with customers, flexible in their approach, and enjoy a sociable workplace. DUTIES DAY-TO-DAY
- Your role will involve working with the rest of the team to grow the customer base and loyalty through great teamwork and customer service.
- You will report into the Branch Manager who will ensure you are trained with great skills for the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building customer relationships to create a great shop atmosphere and customer loyalty.
- Ensuring company-wide campaigns are promoted to our customers.
- Accepting bets, accurate settlement, and payment of winning bets.
- Monitoring the activity of our competitors to ensure we are ahead of the game.
- Taking all possible steps to provide a safe working environment.
- Deputising in the absence of the Branch Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- You will love working as part of a flexible team and enjoy the customer interaction element of the role.
- Good with numbers and cash handling.
- Great personal presentation and timekeeping.
