37.5 hours over any 5 days from 7 (plus opportunities for paid overtime). We are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to be part of a team in a fun and engaging betting environment. We welcome applications from those with a betting shop background, as well as those who want to learn, are great with customers, flexible in their approach, and enjoy a sociable workplace. Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We are passionate about providing a great gaming experience in a safe, controlled environment.
DUTIES DAY-TO-DAY: Your role will involve working with the rest of the team to grow the customer base and loyalty through great teamwork and customer service. You will report to the Branch Manager who will ensure you are trained with great skills for the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building customer relationships to create a great shop atmosphere and customer loyalty.
- Ensuring company-wide campaigns are promoted to our customers.
- Accepting bets and accurate settlement.
