Jenningsbet is looking for a Sales Assistant to be part of a team in a fun and engaging betting environment. DUTIES DAY-TO-DAY
Your role will involve working with the rest of the team to grow the customer base and loyalty through great teamwork and customer service. You will report to the Branch Manager, who will ensure you are trained with the necessary skills for the job.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building customer relationships to create a great shop atmosphere and customer loyalty.
- Ensuring company-wide campaigns are promoted to our customers.
- Accepting bets, accurate settlement, and payment of winning bets.
- Monitoring the activity of our competitors to ensure we stay ahead of the game.
- Taking all possible steps to provide a safe working environment.
- Deputising in the absence of the Branch Manager.
