Our Client are a leading Main Contractor who are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team on an existing new build residential development. You will be working underneath a Project Manager as a no.1 Site Manager - coordinating M and E and finishing trades/packages.

Role available to start asap. The Client will consider both Permanent and Freelance candidates.

You Must have:

  • CSCS Card
  • SMSTS / First Aid
  • Ideally previous Main Contractor experience
  • Experience within Residential New Build and Refurb Projects
  • Local to Bromley, Kent area
  • References Required
