RECfinancial is exclusively partnering with a Leicestershire based SME business in their search to appoint a Financial Accountant.
The role is based at a smart office which is commutable from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this Financial Accountant role is the best of both worlds as the role includes management accounting, kpi reporting and analysis, assisting with budgeting and long range planning, balance sheet control, VAT returns and year end / stat accounting.
The client would like to appoint a candidate who is keen to progress into a Financial Controller role in the future. The line manager is great, they have a positive coaching style and a hands off approach to people management.
