RECfinancial is partnering exclusively with a landmark Leicestershire business in the appointment of a Finance Manager. The role is based at an impressive office and is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.
Reporting to the Financial Director, this exciting Finance Manager role will be a broad role and no two months will be the same. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of the monthly accounts
- Bank / balance sheet reconciliations
- KPI reporting
- Working with the FD on budgeting / forecasting
- Working with the wider business to aid decision making from a financial perspective

To be considered for the role it is likely that you will be working in a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, Assistant Accountant or Finance Manager type role. It's likely that you will be working towards or be qualified in either the ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualification. The business does offer hybrid working. The role offers a salary range of between £42,000 and £50,000 plus benefits.
