The Role
As Team Manager, you’ll take ownership of leading, coaching, and developing a team of recruitment consultants across both temporary and permanent desks. Your remit will include:
- Driving divisional growth through strategic headcount expansion and client development.
- Leading from the front with hands-on recruitment activity where needed.
