Are you an experienced Recruiter or Sales Consultant looking for a new challenge? Our client is looking to expand their Engineering & Technical Division and is looking for an additional experienced Recruitment Consultant to join to run the temps desk. They are a growing team and are looking to employ the best talent available.

You will join a target driven, dynamic and motivated team, and will be responsible for developing your designated area on the Engineering division. Working with the Management you will be tasked with increasing the client base and increasing overall branch revenue. The budget for the coming year is designed to ensure that all motivated consultants will exceed their bonus earnings and expectations. They like to leave experienced consultants to run their desks so you won’t be micromanaged.

Role & Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering recruitment solutions to a wide range of clients.
  • Forming and maintaining outstanding relationships with clients to ensure we are their recruitment partner of choice.
  • Strategically convert new business and maximise every available opportunity.
  • Developing and building long term relationships with candidates & clients based on trust and delivery.

You will:

  • Demonstrate good experience in developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships preferably with passive candidates, and previous delivery against sales targets.
  • Have previous Recruitment Industry sales experience, a full UK driving licence, and will be looking for a long term career move.
  • Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Have a confident, engaging personality.
