What Youll Be Doing
This is a true 360 role where youll have autonomy, variety and the chance to make a real impact:
Managing your own desk of daily drivers.
Building strong relationships with existing PSL clients.
Generating new business and growing your client base.
Visiting customer sites to strengthen partnerships.
Advertising, sourcing and attracting high-quality drivers.
Conducting interviews and completing licence checks.
Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Handling all associated recruitment administration.
