Salary: Basic salary to £25,000 - £28,000 (uncapped commission, high OTE)

They have ambitious growth plans for the coming 18 months, which include an opening for a researcher/resourcer to join the team. This role has the potential to develop into a recruitment consultant role or a more senior resourcing role, depending on your career aspirations.
Responsibilities: The role will be busy and varied and will include:
- Mapping and researching the market.
- Interviewing suitable candidates.
- Gathering contacts and names.
- Gaining competitor information.
- Managing social media.
- Preparing e-shots and marketing.
- Assisting senior recruiters with day-to-day duties.
Requirements: You will need to work at a fast pace, using your charm and influence to build rapport with customers while focusing on the accurate and timely completion of administration tasks to meet fixed deadlines. They seek a perfectionist with a great personality. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
