The predicted salary is between 19000 - 26000 £ per year.

Basic £22,000 to £30,000 + high OTE Commission to 20% Bonus Barnsley 9am – 5pm with an early finish on a Friday.

Our client is a South Yorkshire based recruitment consultancy business with a strong local presence. This highly successful, professional, personable Recruitment Consultancy is expanding the operation and they are looking for an experienced Perms Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

This is a highly autonomous role where you will be expected to self-manage and will be responsible for developing your own desk and will be tasked with increasing the client base and increasing overall perms revenue. The budget for the coming year is designed to ensure that a motivated consultant will exceed their bonus earnings and expectations with commission up to 20% and additional bonuses payable.

You will need to be self-motivated, ambitious and capable of identifying business opportunities and developing long term relationships with all your contacts. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential as is a confident personality.

You will have previous Recruitment Industry sales experience, a full UK driving licence, and will be looking for a long-term career move. Any recruitment industry sector experience will be considered with a preference going to candidates with a permanent recruitment background. All applications are confidential.
