Our client is a recruitment consultancy business with a strong presence and excellent reputation for service delivery. They work primarily within the Technical and Engineering space and have an established, recession-proof client base. The company has a mature outlook on work/life balance and their attitude to work is refreshing as they don't have KPIs and pointless targets to achieve. We've placed candidates there for several years and the feedback that we receive is that it's genuinely a nice place to work. This is reflected in their impressive staff retention.
They concentrate on growth within the contractor market and due to ongoing client demand, they are looking for an experienced, professional and ambitious consultant to join the team.
The focus is on the team, no egos, and you will work together to ensure all goals are met, targets are achieved and clients and candidates are looked after and managed to a high level.
This is a collaborative role but you will be expected to self-manage and will be responsible for helping to increase the client base and presence within the market place, although the company have active clients and candidates for you to work on immediately.
The role will be interesting and varied and will include:
  • Client Management
  • Advertising for candidates.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential as is a confident personality.
You don't need to understand the markets but you will have previous Recruitment Industry (agency) experience, have a full UK driving licence, and will be looking for a long-term career move.
