Due to continued growth, the Trades division is expanding, and the business is now seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a busy, high-demand market.

This is a full 360 recruitment position with a strong emphasis on business development. You will be responsible for building and growing a desk, developing long-term client relationships, and placing skilled trades professionals into temporary and permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow a recruitment desk within a high-activity market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from prospecting to placement
