On-Site Account Manager
Doncaster and Wakefield

This is a driving recruitment business operating within the logistics, food and ambient industries. They are looking for an additional on-site Account Manager to join the team to assist with the running of a large volume contract.
You will be required to solely support the needs of the on-site client.
The job is fast-paced, so you must be reactive and, due to the nature of the site, you must take a flexible approach to your day-to-day activities and the hours that you work.
We are looking for a hands-on account manager who can run the growing team, manage KPI\’s and SLA\’s and work closely with the client to ensure all parties are happy. You will be responsible for registrations, inductions and ensuring all admin is completed to a high standard whilst being organised and efficient.
The role will be interesting and varied, and will include:
Reacting quickly to staffing demands and requirements.
Managing on-site admin staff as the team grows.
Ensuring team manager requirements are met in line with the supplier agreement.
Arranging telephone and face to face interviews with potential candidates.
Ensuring all applicants are compliant and have the right paperwork to work at the site.
Giving accurate job descriptions and information to applicants.
Organise successful candidate induction meetings.
Attending Team Manager meetings to provide updates on current requirements.
Helping with arrangements of assessment centres where needed.
Reporting figures.
Assisting in all areas of the business as and when required.
Essential Skills Required:
Previous, volume onsite or account management experience.
Hands-on attitude.
Excellent People skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Flexibility.
The ability to work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
A full UK driving licence and a car are essential.
Excellent written and numerical skills.
