A well-established, independent recruitment consultancy specialising in construction recruitment is seeking an individual with drive, tenacity and an understanding of the sector to work within their small, busy Hull-based team.
THE CLIENT: There is a team of recruitment consultants in place currently servicing business across the local area, covering temporary, contract and permanent business. They are looking to expand their business by adding a key individual who will be tasked with adding value to their construction division.
THE ROLE: Joining the team, you will be responsible for new business development, although there is some existing business to work on. Establishing contacts and developing long-term business relationships, this is a full recruitment consultant role involving sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Construction recruitment is ideal; you must understand how the market works. You will be well presented, able to communicate at all levels and have drive and tenacity. There is lots of rejection in recruitment, therefore, you must be able to cope with the highs and lows of the role.
