The role:
- You’ll be the face of the business within key client accounts, technically biased, commercially significant, and run to exacting standards.
- Acting as the primary onsite contact for senior client stakeholders, operations managers, engineering leads, HR and procurement, building trust that protects and grows the account.
- Owning the day-to-day workforce operation: fulfilment, onboarding, compliance, performance and attendance management, and rapid problem-solving before issues reach the client’s desk.
- Managing service delivery against SLAs and KPIs whilst producing accurate MI and reporting that stands up to scrutiny in client review meetings.
- Working closely with the wider recruitment team to forecast demand, plan headcount and keep fulfilment ahead of the curve.
- Spotting and flagging commercial opportunities within the account.
