Overview
In this role you will launch and own the HR Operations division within an established recruitment consultancy. You will hold P&L responsibility and shape the division’s strategy, performance, and profitability. You’ll build and lead a team while sustaining your own billings and expanding client accounts. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a high-visibility opportunity to scale a division and contribute to the firm’s growth and reputation.

Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the HR Operations division, setting direction and performance targets
- Hold P&L responsibility and run the division as a profitable unit
- Lead, develop and grow a team, or step into your first team leadership role
- Drive strategic business development, win and grow client accounts
- Continue building personal billings while developing the wider desk

- Proven success recruiting within a specialist sector (any specialism)
- Strong personal billings with a track record to support it
- Experience leading a team, or readiness to step into leadership
