We're partnering with a well-established recruitment business to recruit a Branch Manager to lead their LS27 office. This is a genuine opportunity for a hands-on Branch Manager who wants autonomy to run their branch, shape strategy and drive growth across mixed ad-hoc and corporate clients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Take ownership of the P&L, staff hiring, training, some sales responsibility and budget delivery.
  • Lead, coach and motivate a growing team, setting targets and driving performance.
  • Win and manage client relationships: sales calls, onsite visits, tenders and proposals.
  • Work alongside the team as a selling manager, lead by example to hit and exceed targets.
  • Implement local strategy to grow headcount and revenue in the coming year.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven managerial experience within a targeted recruitment agency environment.
  • Strong commercial focus and a track record of hitting sales targets and managing P&L.
  • Motivated, disciplined and hands-on leadership style.
  • Full UK driving licence.
