As a Recruitment Consultant on the Driving Desk, you will:
- Manage, develop, and grow your own driving recruitment desk.
- Source, interview, and place temporary HGV, van, and logistics drivers.
- Complete compliance tasks including skills testing, referencing, and daily workforce management.
- Build strong client relationships through regular site visits and service reviews.
- Drive business development through sales activity, marketing, and lead generation.
- Ensure excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates.
- Experience in recruitment (driving, industrial, logistics, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
