We are looking for a Regional Trainer to deliver training courses and bite-sized one-to-one training across the North of the UK for an innovative, market-leading national recruitment business. The client is an accredited recruitment business with hundreds of highly talented and experienced recruitment professionals working within their network. They operate across multiple business sectors and have an exceptional industry reputation for delivering a high-quality and customer-focused service.

We are keen to speak to individuals with a proven track record in 360 recruitment, successful recruiters who have already made the move into Learning and Development (L&D), or perhaps recruiters looking for that first step into L&D. We are looking for someone who is articulate, confident, and can demonstrate a successful and stable recruitment career.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of the Learning and Development strategy whilst assisting with the design and development of new training solutions, as directed by the Training Manager. You will effectively deliver a cross-section of training solutions across the business. They are looking for someone who can deliver both classroom-based training courses as well as execute bite-sized training and desk-side coaching. You will coach, develop, and recommend further training as an expert in your field.

The role will also include:

  • Providing a stimulating and inspiring attitude towards the learning environment.
  • Adapting to changing technological and business climate environments and being able to change delivery based on current circumstances.
  • Ensuring that all administration, including training and course delivery notes, is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Conducting peer reviews to maintain the highest level of training quality and delivery.
  • Managing difficult or challenging delegates or situations.
  • Delivering high levels of effective training.
  • Ensuring personal knowledge and learning is kept up to date.

Qualifications: A training qualification or QBE in recruitment agency practice. Recruitment industry experience is an advantage. In return, you will receive a highly competitive basic salary, car allowance, and benefits package.
