They are delivering record growth and the wider team is entering the next phase with real momentum, and this role is central to driving that forward.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager who thrives on leading from the front to head up their Elland operation. You will be tasked with recruiting, motivating, mentoring, and managing a team of consultants covering engineering, manufacturing, operations and supply chain recruitment. While the team has a strong engineering/manufacturing bias, this is a full office leadership role with full P&L responsibility.
