Due to continued growth the business is expanding and they are now seeking driven Recruitment Professionals to join the team. They are looking to expand into the US market and want recruitment professionals with experience in this area to get in touch (any sector).
The Role
We are looking to speak with experienced recruiters who are established within their sectors, billing well but are not receiving the flexibility, rewards or personal growth and development.
You will be responsible for building and growing a desk, developing long-term client relationships, and placing candidates.
You will be joining a team that values pace, quality, and commercial thinking. The environment is direct, energetic, and supportive, with a clear focus on performance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
