Handling contract and permanent vacancies on behalf of a wide-ranging client base, the culture is relaxed, hardworking and grown-up, and they reward success.
They wish to appoint a driven Recruitment Consultant to concentrate on placing candidates within the competitive trades and labour sector. You will be responsible for developing the database, selling the services of the company to suitable businesses, and achieving both activity and financial targets.
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate excellent planning, self-management, tenacity, and ambition. There is an open-ended career path where you can set your own promotional targets. Previous experience within a recruitment environment is essential. Construction-biased sector recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
