The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, youll manage your own busy temporary desk within the education sector.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with schools.
Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality teachers and support staff.
This is a role where no two days look the same youll be speaking to schools, meeting candidates, visiting clients, and making placements that genuinely make a difference.
About You Youll be an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of the temporary recruitment cycle.
Experience in a fast-paced temp recruitment environment.
A full UK driving licence Most importantly, youll be someone who cares about doing the right thing for your candidates, your schools and your team.
