Due to continued growth, the Trades division is expanding, and the business is now seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a busy, high-demand market. This is a full 360 recruitment position with a strong emphasis on business development. You will be responsible for building and growing a Trades desk, developing long-term client relationships, and placing skilled trades professionals into temporary and permanent roles.

You will be joining a team that values pace, quality, and commercial thinking. The environment is direct, energetic, and supportive, with a clear focus on performance and service excellence.
