This is a central role, ensuring clients receive a seamless service and that candidate activity is managed with accuracy, pace and care. You will be the operational anchor that keeps everything running smoothly in a fast-moving environment.
What you will be doing:
- Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and candidates, delivering a consistently high standard of service.
- Overseeing the full candidate journey from application through to placement.
