RECRUITMENT RESEARCHER WARWICK Basic salary to £25,000 – £28,000 The commission is uncapped and your OTE will be high Benefits Our client is a Warwickshire-based professional Life Sciences recruitment consultancy. They have some ambitious growth plans for the coming 18 months which include an opening for a researcher/resourcer to join the team. This role has the potential to develop into a recruitment consultant role, if you wish to progress in the future, or can develop into a more senior resourcing role if you do not wish to sell. The role will be busy and varied and will include: Mapping and researching the market. Interviewing suitable candidates. Mapping and researching the market, gathering contacts and names. Gaining competitor information. Managing social media. Preparing e-shots and marketing. Assisting senior recruiters with day-to-day duties.
