The Problems You’ll Solve
We are looking for a talented multi-disciplinarian to join the Rebuy team as an Agency Partner Manager to execute our go-to-market strategy for the Rebuy Partnerships organization. As a member of the Partnerships organization you will be responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of revenue-generating, strategic B2B partners within the Shopify ecosystem. These partners specialize in digital commerce, marketing, and systems integrations and play a critical role in driving new business, expansion, and long-term growth for Rebuy. You will lead the strategy and execution of key partnerships, initiatives, and alliances that expand the business, while collaborating cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Merchant Success to deliver on partner goals and their clients’ needs. This role will also have ownership over new partnership initiatives, ensuring partners are enabled, motivated, and positioned to drive measurable revenue impact.
What you’ll do
- Establish and manage relationships with a portfolio of agency partners in the Shopify ecosystem, covering all of EMEA.
- Build and execute a strategy with those Agency partners to create mutual value with a focus on acquiring new merchants and expanding revenue with existing merchants.
- Collaborate with the sales team to both develop a pipeline of merchant prospects through your partner portfolio to achieve lead generation and revenue targets and close new opportunities and set up accounts for revenue expansion.
- Activate and enable partners with 1:1 training and project support to drive effective implementations of Rebuy geared to experimental growth strategies.
- Engage with marketing and partners to develop co-marketing and awareness efforts jointly through digital and in-real-life events.
What You Bring

Required experience and mindset:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Typically 3+ years of Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management within the Shopify, or similar, ecosystem.
- Strong demonstrable project management skills.
- Understanding of and ability to execute a SaaS sales model including post-sale support.
- A demonstrated skill with co-marketing or lead generation via content.
- Ability to work remotely effectively.
- Willingness to travel to partner offices, conferences, and events domestically 20-50% of the time.
- Energized by building something new in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Set and exceed ambitious targets including quotas with a growth mindset and high agency.
- Candidate ideally located primarily in or near London, and secondarily in Amsterdam or Paris.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 USD OTE annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
