Responsibilities:
- To identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements.
- To identify new business opportunities for the organisation.
- Provide a structured and timely candidate attraction cycle for specific candidate pools.
- Acknowledge candidate applications via either email or phone.
- Establish structured and timely attraction models to provide best practice service levels for candidates.
- Undertake detailed interviews with candidates to establish individual career requirements.
- Update CRM system with candidate details and check for correct documentation in line with GDPR regulations.
- Manage the referencing process for candidates who work for the agency.
- Keep abreast of current market trends and news within the accountancy sector.
- Advise on CVs with candidates to highlight key achievements and USPs.
- Proactively work towards a specific shortlist for role requirements through detailed selection in line with the brief.
- Provide effective aftercare and feedback for candidates within the recruitment process.
- Manage the extensive database of active/passive candidates with structured contact.
- Agree and deliver on candidate service levels for all registered candidates.
- Actively market specific candidates across a variety of channels in line with GDPR.
You will already be able to demonstrate a background in the following:
- Ideally a background in the recruitment sector in a similar role.
- Strong customer service background via the telephone, being able to handle calls effectively.
- Good background in all Microsoft Office packages (Word/Excel/Outlook).
- Experience of CRM management.
- Effectively manage administration processes and diary management.
- Ability to work autonomously and be confident to work on your own initiative.
