Our client based in the heart of East Lancashire near Burnley is looking to recruit an experienced Operational/Cost Accountant to work across multiple sites within this large FMCG. You will ideally have experience in manufacturing and/or distribution and be fully versed in the financial performance and controls required in such an environment.
Your core duties as Operations Accountant will include:
- Responsible for the reporting of all site financials and reporting metrics across the two sites.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the business to control expenditure.
- Work closely with a variety of stakeholders to deliver against company performance metrics, providing accurate KPIs.
- Provide accurate financial planning and forecasts to develop process improvement.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a commercial finance and partnering capacity who can work with both finance and non-financial personnel.
