Are you a progression and wellbeing Coach looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented team member to join our growing team.

Company Overview:

Rebuild with Hope is a charitable organisation established to support individuals with multiple barriers to employment, whilst supporting those suffering due to the rising cost of living. The charity currently has five stores with our flagship store in Wigan. These stores sell high street brands with discounts of up to 70% across all categories, homewares, clothing, gifts, toys, and accessories. We are committed to creating opportunities for those who need them most, empowering people to overcome challenges, build confidence, and create brighter futures. Through this work, we aim to strengthen and uplift our local community, fostering an inclusive and resilient society where everyone has the chance to thrive.

Role Overview:

To provide both one-to-one and group-based coaching for individuals with convictions within the local area, many of whom may face multiple and complex barriers around wellbeing and stability. Support will focus on building resilience, developing practical skills, strengthening confidence, and addressing challenges that contribute to reoffending. To establish and maintain clear referral pathways into the service and collaborative onward pathways with local providers, ensuring coordinated support that promotes rehabilitation, social reintegration, and sustained reduction in reoffending, including, but not limited to, employment, training, housing stability, wellbeing provision, and specialist support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To engage people to support their wellbeing and wellbeing priorities.
  • To use a range of evidence-based tools and techniques for motivating clients.
  • To support individuals by helping to best meet their needs through collaboration with other organisations, employers and wider community organisations.
  • To work with groups of clients to help them rehabilitate and support behaviour change.
  • To use appropriate computerised client management system to record and review service user's records and any other required monitoring information.
  • To develop effective relationships with a range of external organisations and agencies, which reflect the diversity of the places we operate in.
  • To be committed to helping individuals develop their rehabilitation through peer support, family relationships, mutual aid and volunteering.
  • To maintain a good knowledge of the barriers that prevent rehabilitation and contribute towards continued learning.
  • To meet agreed quality performance standards, maintaining full audit compliance at all times.
  • To ensure all statutory responsibilities are followed and reported as required.
  • To support service user feedback to enhance individual and service development.
  • To follow correct procedure to escalate concerns to appropriate authorities (e.g. local authority, probation service, police, prison) when service users have disengaged and increased risks are identified.
  • To reach and engage with service users through understandable and meaningful language and behaviour-prosocial modelling.
  • To work collaboratively with statutory partners, including probation and prisons, to establish safe, compliant, and effective support pathways.
  • Maintain and monitor adherence to all Health and Safety requirements at all times.
  • To support Programme Manager as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Able to plan and prioritise workloads.
  • Customer focused.
  • IT literate, able to produce and maintain high quality case records and reports.
  • Understands and able to use a database.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Works well as part of a Team.
  • Aligned with the purpose and mission of the Foundation.
  • Flexible to meet the demands of the Foundation.
  • Experience of working with individuals and groups of people in different settings to help them achieve their goals.
  • Experienced in working with a range of agencies and organisations to develop effective working relationships.
  • Positive outlook and 'Can Do' attitude.
  • Able to drive.

Salary and Benefits:

£31,200 per annum based on FT 37.5

25 days annual leave
