In this position, you will engage with potential clients to communicate the value of our solutions, generate leads, and close sales opportunities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and maintaining customer relationships, educating clients about available services and products, and providing outstanding customer service. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications Proven skills in Communication, Customer Service, and relationship building Experience and expertise in Sales and Insurance-related products or services Ability to participate in and apply results from Training sessions to improve performance Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently Previous experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in business, sales, or communication are advantageous
