Rebuild 4 Life Limited in Bolton is seeking a part-time Community Engagement - Children and Young Person's Support Worker to help a young male with physical disabilities enjoy activities at home and in the community. The role is casual with approximately 15–20 hours per week during term time, with flexibility for additional hours in school holidays.
You will join a friendly team to provide personal care, mobility support, and meaningful activities, promote independence and dignity.
