Orchestrate our global Marketplaces Program initiative across leading social and managed marketplaces and merchant enablement platforms. This role creates the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Operations to ensure we execute predictably, remove blockers fast, and deliver revenue impact from marketplace integrations and the commercial program. You will own program sequencing, governance, reporting, risk management, playbook creation, and coordinating cross‑functional execution for marketplace GTM activity. This is an execution‑plus‑strategy role that will influence roadmap decisions, partner intake, service delivery readiness and revenue pacing.
Key Responsibilities- Program governance: Build and maintain the marketplace operating model; manage weekly cross‑functional standups, decision logs, and program documentation
- Program planning: Develop sequencing, dependencies, and timelines for marketplace initiatives; ensure teams understand priorities and delivery expectations
- Playbooks: Create marketplace playbooks covering onboarding, readiness, enablement, service workflows, SLAs and launch processes; deploy and ensure adoption across teams
- Reporting: Produce weekly dashboards surfacing revenue pacing, integration status, pipeline movement, service performance and operational blockers; distribute to leadership and workstream owners
- Escalation management: identify risks early, assign owners, drive mitigation plans and elevate decisions when required
- Stakeholder alignment: Coordinate Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success around shared marketplace goals; lead structured communication cadences and weekly meetings across the working group
- Process improvement: Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to reduce cycle time from partner signed to first revenue; continuously refine operating standards
- Program leadership: 3-5 years experience managing multi‑workstream commercial programs in marketplace, ecommerce, SaaS or commercial operations environments
- Cross‑functional execution: Proven track record coordinating Product, Account Management/Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing and Ops and Data functions while holding teams accountable to clear deadlines and outcomes
- Analytical capability: Ability to interpret program data, track KPIs, and surface recommendations for sequencing, prioritization and risk mitigation
- Program tooling: Proficiency in program management and reporting platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday, Airtable, MS Project, HubSpot, Looker or Confluence
