As our Supply Chain Manager Internationally you will play a vital role in developing and overseeing our international Hubs network within our global supply chain here at ReBound. You’ll be managing portfolio of our international returns hubs which are dedicated to our returns management for leading retailers globally. You’ll use your expertise to ensure that we are delivering a best-in-class solutions to our customers and providing exceptional sustainable returns experience in line with our company vision and values. This is a full-time permanent job, where the role will be hybrid between our Telford HQ and Corby Return Centre. Corby location is where you will spend the majority of your time but please note travel is expected as part of the role to our international hubs.
As our Supply Chain Manager, your primary objective will be to guarantee the efficient functioning of the global hub network, which Rebound has outsourced to 3PL partners. Positioning it for expected expansion in the retail and e-commerce returns sector. You will utilise your extensive operational knowledge to identify, actively engage and supervise our hub partners, manage and control the daily hub operations to enhance overall performance and engage with potential new vendors.
What will I be doing as the Supply Chain Manager:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Continually develop and maintain contract agreements with suppliers, including the development, documentation, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Create a continuous improvement strategy to monitor and enhance productivity, efficiency, cost reduction and improve service levels.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a procurement category strategy for hub solutions, including sourcing and onboarding of new providers
- Work closely with your peers in the Hub Operations team, and other senior managers to align supply chain activities with sales, production, and overall business goals.
- Provide regular reports and insights on supply chain performance
