Join Rebound Electronics as a Business Support Apprentice and support our client base across diverse industries. We support clients from a range of industries and sectors including aerospace & defence, audio visual, automotive, cloud datacentres, energy, industrial, medical, and transportation.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Liaising with suppliers to source parts for customers.
  • Generate and process sales quotations.
  • Generate and process sales purchase orders.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
  • Liaise internally to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise internally to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers, including, when required, any financial issues.
  • Provide customer support, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules.
  • Expedite purchase orders and record shipping details and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

The apprentice will work towards the Business Administrator Level 3 Standard. They will attend training either at WBTC offices in Newbury or remotely one day a month, and have a monthly training and review meeting.

Working hours

  • Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday until 5pm.
