Working alongside the sales team, the role includes sourcing products, pricing & delivery schedules, quotes, liaising with suppliers and producing purchase orders.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Liaising with suppliers to source parts for customers
  • Generate and process sales quotations
  • Generate and process sales purchase orders
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team
  • Liaise internally to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise internally to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues
  • Provide customer support, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules
  • Expedite purchase orders and record shipping details and delivery schedules
  • Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

Training Outcome

  • Working Week: Monday to Thursday, 9.00am - 5.30pm. 5.00pm finish on Friday.
